May Results are in...

It was certainly a busy month with our clients.  Tons of Webinars and Tons of appointments.

In a previous case study I spoke about How To Get More Webinar Attendees to actually show up.  And boy did we do that with our clients.  Over 30% show rate on average.  Not bad with most people are getting just 20%.   

All that really means is that more people are going to hear their message, connect with them and want to book calls.

Now the trick there is that most "book a call" offer is at the end of the webinar, and not everyone stays until the end and hears the offer, nor are they always paying 100% attention to the webinar.

So we call the attendees who didn't book a call and get them to book.  We are getting about 40% more people to book a call then if they didn't receive a reminder phone call.  (They get emails all day long but don't respond to that like they do a human calling them!)
