Lead Enters Our System

We use Zapier to integrate from your website form or CRM to our Pipedrive program.  Depending on your system the lead can instantly appear in our system.  My Call Center Agents are alerted when a new lead enters the system.

Call Agent Calls Lead

When your leads come into our system the lead is tagged to you and your custom script is attached to that record.   My call agents just need to click on the script, then click on the phone dialer (using your local area code).  In fact at about this time you should be receiving a call from an 415 area code  (if you entered your details in the form above during normal call times (9am - 8pm).

Book a Consultation

If the lead answers the phone, then we will have a conversation with them based on the script we've created.  We'll make sure they are a good fit for the program and then book them in for a consultation with you.  You will provide us with your calendar link.  You will be notified by the calendar scheduling software and the lead will be placed on a Google Sales Tracker we will have provided to you along with any notes the agent has on that lead.

Continue Calling

If the lead doesn't answer the phone, then we will leave a message or send a text message, and put them in the queue for the next time to call.  We will continue to work the lead until they do one of three things.  1) book a consultation, 2) Tell us they're not interested or 3) Expire after 30 days.   The entire process is detailed out in the process below.
