Be sure to include social proof for added credibility. Once they receive the video with heartfelt testimonials, present them with this thoughtful gift. This is a warm gesture to express gratitude for booking the consultation. Say, “Thank you for scheduling the consultation. As a token of appreciation, I would like to offer you…”

Send a Reminder Text on the Day of the Appointment
In today’s fast-paced world, people appreciate timely reminders. On the day of the scheduled appointment, send a simple, personalized text message expressing your excitement to meet them and help them achieve their fitness goals. You can say, “Hey, looking forward to seeing you today at 5 o’clock. Let me know if anything changes.”
This way, on the day itself, they’ll be aware of their appointment with you and your enthusiasm to assist them in achieving their desired outcomes.
